We care deeply about every member of this community and strive to ensure a seamless experience with every order.

If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

We can accept returns only if

You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. You report the issue within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) must be provided.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on

Opened or used products. Products purchased during promotions, combos, or discounts. Free gifts or sample items

How to request a return

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 5 days of delivery by emailing

Please include your order number, product name, photo/video evidence of the damage or issue. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Once your return is approved

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, or card) within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. If your refund is delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at support@vanadiummen.com with your order number.

If you haven’t received your refund yet

Check your bank account again. Contact your credit/debit card company or payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@vanadiummen.com.
