Every order is packed with care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition — ready to become a part of your daily skincare ritual.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through a trusted logistic partner, Shiprocket. Our goal is to make Vanadium Men products accessible to every man across the country.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any ongoing offers or free shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also track your order directly on courier partner’s tracking page using your tracking ID.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

We offer COD on select pin codes across India. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Repeated refusals or fake COD orders may lead to restrictions on future orders.

Shipment Delays or Issues

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier partner delays, incorrect shipping information, force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact our support team, and we’ll resolve it at the earliest.

Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@vanadiummen.com with your order ID, pictures or video of the package and product. 

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, unreachable phone numbers. If the parcel is returned to us, reshipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

At this time, Vanadium Men ships only within India. We’re working to make international shipping available soon.
